Light-weight refractory castable

Description:

Light weight refractory castable, also known as light weight insulating castable or light weight insulating refractory castable, has a low density and excellent insulation properties. Its bulk  density typically ranges from 0.5 to 1.6 g/cm3. This castable uses ceramic granules and fly ash  as core raw materials. By optimizing the aggregate grading and the ratio of additives, while maintaining the thermal insulation performance of expanded perlite castable, its mechanical properties, thermal shock resistance and explosion-proof performance have been significantly improved.
