Magnesia-hercynite brick
Description:
Magnesia-hercynite brick is one of the new chromium-free alkaline refractory materials used in the rotary kiln firing zone. The hercynite is added to solve the problem that the chromium-free alkaline brick is difficult to stick to the kiln skin. Magnesia-hercynite bricks are easier to stick to the kiln skin than directly combined magnesia-chrome bricks, and the performance is more stable and excellent. It effectively solves the problem of hexavalent chromium pollution caused by the use of magnesia-chrome bricks in cement kilns during use.
Advantage:
Excellent sticky kiln skin performance, excellent erosion resistance, high thermal shock resistance, chrome-free
Application:
Rotary kiln sintered zone
